About the role

You will be part of the Mexican team, to help them with the expansion and clients support. You will be involved in the full sales process. The role consists of 3 pillars:

1) Sales

- Prospection (SDR): Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through direct prospecting, relationships, referrals, and inbound leads.

- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests

2) Operations

- Onboard new accounts, implement solutions, ensure consistent execution as per commercial terms and defined guidelines

- Assist in new product introduction and release activities

- Monitor the execution of running projects through interaction with stakeholders

- Ensure good user experience and adoption of the solution

- Management, monitoring, and control of incidents, queries, and suggestions of assigned accounts

- Provide after-sales supports

- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication and field visits

- Revenue expansion of the assigned accounts

- Contribute to the development of our solution by working closely with the Tech Team (Users feedback, testing, etc.)

3) Marketing

- Translation: Translate existing material from English to Spanish (blog articles, LinkedIn & Facebook posts, case studies, etc.) and translation of applications

- New content writing: New ideas and writing of case studies, blog articles, LinkedIn & Facebook posts

About you

- Bachelor Degree from a reputable Business/Engineering university

- 2 or more years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Project Management for startups

- Team player, self-motivated, energetic

- Ability to work diligently and ethically toward the achievement of goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Results driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- Good initiative, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent networker and listener with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Fluent in Spanish & English

What we offer

- Freelance Contract

- Position: Sales & Operations Officer

- Base compensation: MXN 21,500 net/month

- Commissions: 5% of the newly referred clients (= signed) total revenue (licenses + set-up fees) for the first year

- Incentives: 3% of the total revenue for all assigned clients after the trial period (excluding the referred clients)

- Transport fees to be reimbursed for work-related field and client visits, based on a prior approval of the line manager.
