You will manage our key accounts relationships. These clients have intensive usage of our solution (thousands of users) across several countries and require more interaction and care than smaller accounts.
You will report directly to the company C-level and will be in close contact with all our departments (Customer Success, Data, Labelling, Finance, Sales, etc.) as you will be in charge of the overall project and its success.
